About Our Delivery and Shipping Services
We provide shipping within India and worldwide. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
Summary of Shipping Charges
Please see below a list of the shipping charges that may be levied on your order placed with us, basis the delivery location and preferred mode of payment:
- Shipping Charges for Delivery Within India
- We provide free shipping within India for all orders.
- The option to pay for your order at the time of delivery (“Cash on Delivery”) is available only in selected pin codes within India, For all COD orders, we take partial upfront payment INR 500 to prevent fake orders, balance amount to be paid at the time delivery.
- Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India
- We provide free shipping to international locations for all orders above USD 200. For orders with a total amount less than USD 200, we charge a nominal fee of ₹2000 (approximately USD 20) towards the shipping and handling charges.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.

Our Dispatch Policy:
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines range from between 1 – 2 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order. Our standard dispatch timeline takes into consideration such orders for which we may have to sometimes make a new piece based on your order. However, if your order is already available with us (Ready to ship- RTS) in the desired size, we dispatch it within 1- 2 working days from the date of successful placement of you order.
For custom made orders, please note that Pret pieces are typically shipped within 2 weeks, and for embellished products, it may take up to 3 weeks. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via email provided by you while placing the orders.
Standard dispatch timeline for Ready to Ship products is 1-2 working days for both Domestic and International orders. In case of an International order, consisting of made to order products as well as ready to ship products, then the order will be dispatched in a single shipment and dispatch timeline of made to order product will be applicable.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1 – 3 business days depending on the pin code for delivery within India and 2 – 5 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on our logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you. Please note that ZIP by Payal & Zinal has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www. zipbypayalzinal.com website you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods. ZIP by Payal & Zinal is not responsible for any delays caused by destination custom clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. If the international parcel is refused or rejected at the delivery destination due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the order will be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities, and ZIP by Payal & Zinal shall not be liable for any refund, replacement, or compensation for such order.
